Shirring Elastic, Black

Thin polyester black elastic popularly used in smocking and to strengthen cuffs and welts in knitwear. Use a sewing thread in the needle, stitch parallel lines gathering the fabric for smocking by hand or machine. Measures: 20-metre length by 0.75mm in width.
